With head office based in China and other offices around the world, we are a team of passionate people who help each other to achieve what we do best \u2013 enabling carbon neutrality!<\/p>\n<p>We have a great opportunity to add 1 team member with solution engineer positions opened in our new North American office.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will be initially trained by our Australian team and will benefit from a supportive and diverse company culture. Candidates should possess a strong commitment to self-learning, taking the initiative to acquire new skills and knowledge independently to meet the demands of their roles. Based full time in Mexico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Title<\/strong>: Solution Engineer<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Calgary, Canada<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to<\/strong>: Technical Director<\/p>\n<h4>Job Description<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve assigned revenue targets with paired Account Manager<\/li>\n<li>Client engagement, understand requirements, report and execute action plan<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support, solution design (Incl. Structural calculations) and project quotations<\/li>\n<li>Manage 3<sup>rd<\/sup> party local engineering firms and product certification<\/li>\n<li>Assist in Product research, development and release with our HQ team<\/li>\n<li>Deliver solution presentation, product marketing, case studies<\/li>\n<li>Learn industry standards, local market regulations, market information<\/li>\n<li>Track all activities on CRM and portal<\/li>\n<li>Continuous professional development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Position Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Primary interest in renewable energy and relevant 2 year+ work experience is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor of Engineering in either the Mechanical, Structural, or Industrial fields<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal ability, computer skills and a technical mindset<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be self-starting, self-managed, able to manage their own deadlines, KPI\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A market competitive renumeration package and profit-sharing system.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative and innovative work environment.<\/li>\n<li>The chance to be part of a company dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment and society.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The role is full-time.
