This role is essential for ensuring a top-tier customer experience post-sale, resolving technical and logistical issues, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction across the Spanish and Italian markets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer Support &amp; Relationship Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the main point of contact for clients after delivery and installation.<\/li>\n<li>Provide prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries, technical issues, and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure clients receive accurate documentation, user guides, and product updates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Technical &amp; Logistical Coordination:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with the technical, logistics, and project teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor open issues and drive them to resolution in alignment with service KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Manage replacements, returns (RMA), and warranty claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update after-sales case records in CRM systems.<\/li>\n<li>Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues or improvement areas.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the operations and sales teams to optimize post-sale service processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in after-sales support, technical customer service, or similar roles.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM\/ERP tools.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in <strong>Spanish<\/strong>\u00a0and <strong>English<\/strong> (written and spoken).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background in the solar or renewable energy sector.<\/li>\n<li>Basic technical knowledge of PV systems or solar mounting structures.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>and<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Clenergy offers a competitive salary plus fully comprehensive benefits and performance incentive package based on an annual objective achievement.
