<\/p>\nOn January 12th, 2017, Clenergy (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. (Clenergy Share, SHN: 603628) was officially listed during a grand listing ceremony at the Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE).<\/p>\n
Clenergy President Daniel Hong signed the Listing Agreement with the SSE\u2019s lead counsel. Following the symbolic exchange of gifts, Mr. Hong joined by Ms. Shi Lihua, Deputy Director of Xiamen Huoju Hi-tech Zone Committee, struck the gong to officially announce the start of Clenergy share sales. With the sounding of the gong, Clenergy formally became a listed solar company on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Clenergy\u2019s issued share price is 5.57 yuan, with a total share capital of 273 million shares, and a listing capital of 68.45 million shares. On the very first day of trading, Clenergy shares reached a price-earning ratio of 22.9.<\/p>\n
