Position Overview
We seek an analytical and problem-solving Solution Engineer developing and implementing customized PV racking solutions for large – scale utility projects while adhering to industry standards and local regulations. The successful candidate will provide innovative and cost – effective solutions and contribute to the company’s success in winning new projects and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Client engagement
- Engage with customers to understand the project needs, goals, budget, and timelines.
- Support related sales by providing technical expertise and presenting tailored solutions.
- Solution Design and Engineering
- Provide technical support, solution design (Incl. Structural calculations) and project quotations.
- Solution presentation, product marketing, case studies.
- Execution Support
- Conduct regular site inspections during the installation process to verify correct installation and in accordance with the design plans.
- Industry Innovation

- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the solar industry.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- 2+ years working for a Solar PV Project, a PV EPC (engineering-procurement-construction) company, or an independent engineering firm reviewing Solar PV Project related mechanical structures.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing technical solutions for large – scale projects, including project management and customer – facing responsibilities
- Skills:
- Advanced Excel for data analysis, coordinating projects, and reporting
- Detailed understanding of Solution Design & engineering principles
- Proficiency in project management tools.

- Established network of contacts within the solar industry, particularly in utility-scale project development.
