Position Overview
Take the lead in solar rooftop product promotion and technical support for Clenergy’s D.A.CH operation. Promote Clenergy’s products, solutions, and services in the Frankfurt region. Manage local market products, assist sales in acquiring new customers, and maintain regional key client relationships. Responsible for product life cycle management, sales support, and operational execution.

Reports to: Vice president of International Sales Dept.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Product Leadership
- Be the main contact for DACH PV ezRack product management.
- Ensure products comply with D.A.CH regulatory requirements (DIBT, ABZ, TÜV, ETA/IFI).
- Support product certification at external agencies/test institutes.
- On-Site Commercial Execution
- Conduct in-person product training (German/English) for clients in DACH region.
- Attend customer meetings and trade shows to present solutions.
- Assist sales in acquiring local customers and maintaining key accounts.
- Design & Application Support
- Provide technical solutions using Clenergy’s ezDesign+ tool.
- Report product improvement ideas for D.A.CH commercial/residential roofs.
- Support structural assessment companies with application/translation requests.
- Operational Collaboration
- Support EU technical team with German-language/customer requests.
- Work with R&D on product feedback and development.
- Accomplish assigned tasks within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in PV rooftop structure products (European market).
- Familiarity with D.A.CH norms, standards, and certifications.
- Knowledge of competitor PV mounting systems.
- Skills:
- Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with on-site group presentations.
