Position Title: After Sales Support Spain
Location: Hybrid/Remote, based in Spain
Reports to: EU Regional Sales Director
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, client-focused After Sales Support specialist to join our European team. This role is essential for ensuring a top-tier customer experience post-sale, resolving technical and logistical issues, coordinating with internal teams and partners, and maintaining long-term client satisfaction across the Spanish and Italian markets.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients after delivery and installation.
- Provide prompt, professional responses to customer inquiries, technical issues, and complaints.
- Ensure clients receive accurate documentation, user guides, and product updates.
Technical & Logistical Coordination:
- Coordinate with the technical, logistics, and project teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Monitor open issues and drive them to resolution in alignment with service KPIs.
- Manage replacements, returns (RMA), and warranty claims.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
- Maintain and update after-sales case records in CRM systems.
- Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues or improvement areas.
- Work closely with the operations and sales teams to optimize post-sale service processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Essential:
- Proven experience in after-sales support, technical customer service, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP tools.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Desirable:
- Background in the solar or renewable energy sector.
- Basic technical knowledge of PV systems or solar mounting structures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
